If you are not listed in our courtesy listings, the quick and simple way to get added to our database is to purchase a priority listing. Our courtesy listings are updated every 6 months.
How soon before I can see my advertising on your sites?
Your listing will appear on our web site immediately. Any additional products purchased, such as banners, display ads, will appear as soon as you have configured them in your account management system.

Can you guarantee me business if I advertise with your yellow pages?

We charge your credit card or checking account (as selected by your order) for the price of your account each month.

Can I cancel my advertising at any time?
You have an obligation by the time determined in the contract that you signed.
If my account goes into collections for non-payment, can I bring the account current by calling you?
No, your account must be settled with the collection company.

What's the difference between a courtesy and priority directory listing?

Why do I have to buy a Metroclave if all I want is a banner or other advertising product?

It can send it to our e-mail (info@metroclave.com) in form .pdf or form .jpg, not less than
300 dpi for better result in your banner (Max. Width: 217px).
How many impressions will I get with this banner?
You have an unlimited number of impressions to your banner. We do not limit or charge for the number of times a consumer can view your advertising per month.
Where will the customer go when they click on my banner?
The customer will be sent to your display ad, the information given to us or to your own web site link.
Display Ads
Who designs my display ad? How do I make changes?
Our department of design will design your banner if you want or you are in proportionate complete control to design your announcement of exhibition, using the management system of accounts.
What are the dimensions of my display ad?
The display ad area is 572 x 343 pixels.

When will my web site be up and visible?
Once your advertising has been purchased, you have the ability to create your web site at any time.
Will my web site appear on search engines?
Your information is put in the search motors along with the rest from sites at metropolitan level of Latin Yellow Pages.
